WARRANTY

All new Tuscany Vehicles are backed by a 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty. If you are looking to make a new warranty claim or want to check the status of one, please give us a call at
1 (800) 837-8624 and have the last eight (8) of the VIN ready to help speed up the process.

PART ORDERING

Tuscany does not sell parts to the public. All parts must have a Tuscany Vehicle attached to the order. If you’re upgrading a Tuscany vehicle with new parts or replacing damage parts from an accident make sure you provide the VIN number when ordering.

TUSCANY COVERAGE

Tuscany’s warranty covers defective parts installed by Tuscany that are sold by authorized new car dealer. Our vehicle can have service work performed at any authorized Ford or GM dealership in the United States.

DOES NOT COVER

Tuscany warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on tires.

Tuscany warranty does not cover broken parts due to Off-Road usage.
